MTI Technology Corp.: The Anaheim computer storage products maker posted net income of $5.1 million, or 17 cents a share, for the third fiscal quarter ended Jan. 3, up from $1.8 million, or 7 cents a share, for the same quarter of the previous year. Revenue rose 39% to $54 million from $38.9 million. Net income for the first three quarters of the fiscal year was $12.3 million, or 42 cents a share, compared with $3.5 million, or 13 cents a share, for the first nine months of the prior year. Revenue advanced 30% to $144.6 million from $111.6 million.
