Syncor Plans to Buy National Diagnostic
Syncor International Corp. said it reached agreement to buy a Thousand Oaks medical-imaging company for $12 million, plus the assumption of another $4.8 million in debt.
Syncor plans to buy National Diagnostic Services Inc., which manages medical groups and medical-imaging centers for hospitals. Syncor expects the new business to generate about $9 million in revenues this year.
Syncor, based in Chatsworth, is a provider of various radiopharmaceutical products used in nuclear medicine.
