SEMINAR

Child psychologist Sylvia Rimm will offer strategies for parents and teachers on how to tutor and motivate students at all levels and guide underachieving pupils to do well. The public event, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday, is sponsored by Capistrano Unified School District and the county Council for Gifted and Talented Education at Wood Canyon Elementary, 23431 Knollwood, Aliso Viejo.
