TV Scriptwriter Seminar Offered

The second annual “Breaking the TV Barrier” seminar, presented by the Scriptwriters Network in collaboration with Women in Film, is scheduled for Feb. 7 at Paramount Studios in Hollywood. Industry panelists, including producers of “Frasier,” “The X-Files,” and “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman,” will lead a discussion on the “Secrets of Breakthrough Writing” for organization members and the public.

In addition to putting on the annual seminar, the nonprofit Scriptwriters Network publishes a newsletter and sponsors a high school fellowship program, as well as hosting speakers throughout the year.
