Investigators Seeking 4 on Felony Warrants
Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department are asking for help in locating three men and one woman wanted on outstanding felony warrants.
Investigators are searching for John Christopher Higgins, 49, on suspicion of violating the terms of his probation. He was on probation for selling drugs, officials said.
He is 6 feet 1 and 205 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. A cobra is tattooed on his left arm and “Mom & Pop†on his right arm. He has worked as a taxi driver and a fisherman. His last known address was the Oxnard Rescue Mission.
Gabriel Piceno, 20, is wanted on suspicion of having sex with a minor, officials said. When he was 19, Piceno dated a girl who was 13, officials said. The girl became pregnant, and Piceno fled to Mexico, officials said.
He is described as 5 feet 8 and 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. His last known address was 829 3rd St. in Fillmore.
Gonzalo Duran Tejada, 40, is wanted on suspicion of violating the terms of his probation. He was on probation for drug and weapons convictions, officials said.
He is described as 5 feet 10 and 200 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. His last known address was on the 1100 block of Rachel Drive in Oxnard.
Authorities are also looking for Deanne Louise Nordstrom, 20, on suspicion of violating the terms of her probation. She was on probation after being convicted of drug-possession charges.
Nordstrom is described as 5 feet 5 and 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Her last known address was 236 Melrose Drive near Oxnard.
