Imagyn Wins Pact

NEWPORT BEACH — Imagyn Medical Technologies Inc. has signed a multiyear agreement to supply surgical instruments to a health alliance, a pact with potential sales “in the millions,” the company said Wednesday.
Imagyn Medical said the agreement with VHA Inc., a health care alliance based in Irving, Texas, becomes effective Feb. 1 and runs through June 2000.
Imagyn Medical designs, manufactures and markets urological, gynecological and general surgery medical products.
