ORANGE — Home Depot Inc. will move its Western region headquarters and about 350 employees to Orange in May, the company said Tuesday.
Home Depot signed a 10-year lease to occupy an eight-story, 158,000-square-foot building at 3800 W. Chapman Ave. The building, which has been vacant for four years, is owned by Spieker Properties. It is near the City Mills shopping complex that is under construction.
Home Depot’s regional offices, which oversee 150 stores in 11 Western states, have been in Fullerton since the Atlanta-based chain came to California in the mid 1980s.
