Iris L. Siegel has been named commercial loan officer and vice president at the Westlake branch of Los Robles Bank. She previously worked at Union Bank, Independence Bank and Industrial Bank.
Los Robles Bank has offices in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Camarillo.
* Bruce Conger has been named vice president and commercial real estate loan officer for Ventura County at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust. Before joining Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, he was vice president of real estate lending for Comerica Bank-California in Costa Mesa.
Conger has been in the banking industry more than 25 years.
