Ex-Tuskegee Airman to Give Talks

In honor of Black History Month, a former Tuskegee airman will talk about his experiences facing and overcoming discrimination while serving as a fighter pilot in World War II.
Former Airman Claude Davis will speak today from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Oasis Learning Center (inside Robinsons-May), 4005 Crenshaw Blvd., Los Angeles. Davis also will appear Friday from 10 a.m. to noon at the Florence Firestone Service Center, 7807 Compton Ave., Los Angeles.
The lecture series, which is free, is sponsored by Secure Horizons.
