CD Wholesaler Bought

SANTA ANA — Compact Connection, a wholesaler of compact discs and cassette tapes, has agreed to be acquired by Florida-based TeleServices International Group Inc., which provides inbound toll-free calling services, for about $15 million. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Compact Connection had sales of $14 million in 1997 and expects sales to exceed $35 million this year.
