Jennifer Ludwicki
Orange Coast, Sophomore
Basketball
Ludwicki, a guard from Fountain Valley High, set the OCC single-season scoring record Friday with a 37-point performance in an 82-53 victory over Santa Ana. She was 13 of 18 from the field, making seven three-pointers, which tied her OCC record. Ludwicki has 684 points, passing LeAnn Kazmer’s mark of 649 in 1993-94.

* Fullerton, sophomore. Scored 26 points and had 20 rebounds as the Hornets beat Saddleback, 80-50.
Lohnnie Tape
Santa Ana, Sophomore
Basketball
Tape, a forward from Esperanza High, completed his climb to the top of the Santa Ana all-time scoring list Wednesday, when he got 23 points to help the Dons beat Saddleback, 75-71. Tape passed Edgar Wickliff (1977-79), who had 1,233 points. Tape added 19 Friday as the Dons beat Orange Coast, 83-60. He has 1,272 points in two seasons.

* Golden West, sophomore. Pitched an eight-hitter as the Rustlers beat Southwestern, 7-1, Friday.
