Montecito Bank Opens Business Lending Office

Montecito Bank & Trust has opened a small-business lending office in Ventura.
The office at 4476 Market St. will serve the tri-counties and specialize in Small Business Administration loans for purchasing or refinancing commercial property, purchasing equipment and expanding businesses.
Rodney K. Brown, bank president and chief executive officer, said economic resurgence in the area prompted the decision to open the new office.
