* Saturday vs. California--Nobody gives the Bruins more trouble at Pauley Pavilion than the Golden Bears, who are 5-2 against UCLA in Westwood the past seven seasons. Since guards Geno Carlisle and Thomas Kilgore became eligible in late December, Cal (which opened 0-4) has played tough at home against UCLA, Arizona and Stanford and on the road against Washington and Rhode Island.
