Service Groups Providing Free Child Car Seats to Needy Families

Several charity and social services organizations have teamed up to offer free child car seats to needy families.
One hundred car seats will be given to families who can prove financial need.
Reservations must be made in advance of the giveaway Tuesday at Children’s Hospital of Orange County, 455 S. Main St. in Orange. Information: (714) 834-0741.
The seats were provided by the Easter Seals Society of Southern California, Children’s Hospital, the Orange County Health Care Agency and Maternal Outreach Systems.
The giveaway begins at 10 a.m. for English-speaking families and at 1 p.m. for Spanish speakers.
