Is Ducks’ Page Trying to Have It Both Ways?

As a Blackhawks fan growing up [watching games] in Chicago Stadium, I have one piece of advice for Duck fans: “NHL rules state at the end of three periods of regulation, if the score is tied, a five minute sudden-death overtime is played. At the end of overtime, if the score is still tied, the game ends in a draw.”
I couldn’t believe the thousands of Ducks fans streaming for the exits at the end of regulation on Sunday. By the time Selanne scored the game-winner, the Pond was two-thirds empty, filled mostly with Blackhawk fans. I wonder if Duck fans know [or care] they won the game.
