What dimwit completely out of touch with the people of Los Angeles wrote “Revamped Sewer Rates Fill the Bill,” (Jan. 18)?
The Times should spend some of its hot air on taking a poll, instead of printing so much of it (hot air), and you would find that this is just another example of the City Council doing dirty things to the people of Los Angeles.
No one, repeat no one, thinks paying this much money to go to the toilet fills the bill.
Your article is mean-spirited.
