A collection of artifacts from the ancient city of Ur in what is now Iraq has drawn record numbers of visitors to the Bowers Museum since the exhibit opened Oct. 3. “Treasures From the Royal Tombs of Ur,” on exhibit through Jan. 3, includes jewelry, weapons, containers, beads and musical instruments from the world’s oldest known civilization. Admission is $6 for adults. The museum, open Tuesday through Sunday, is at 2002 N. Main St. Information: (714) 567-3600.
