The Nixon Foundation will present former President Gerald R. Ford with the Victory of Freedom award today in recognition of the 50th anniversary of his election to Congress and the 25 years since he was named vice president. The presentation will be at 6:30 p.m. at the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace, 18001 Yorba Linda Blvd., followed by a $250-per-plate dinner at 7:30 p.m. Gov.
