Margaret Mary Finnegan; Ventura Resident

Longtime Ventura resident Margaret Mary Finnegan died Wednesday after a brief illness. She was 90.
Finnegan was born March 4, 1908, in Ireland. She worked on Wall Street after graduating from college. In 1938, she married and moved with her husband to Panama. They lived there 39 years before moving to Ventura in 1977.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish in Ventura.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Howard Finnegan of Ventura, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. today at Our Lady of Assumption Church in Ventura with Father Larry Dowdel officiating. Interment will follow at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park in Ventura.
