Fullerton Players Pick 4-Year Schools

Three members of the Fullerton College softball team have signed with four-year colleges, Coach Lisa Bassi said.
Marisa Ornelas (third base) is headed to Cal State Northridge, pitcher Michelle Harrison to Minnesota and shortstop Nikia Owens to CS Bakersfield.
Ornelas set Fullerton single-season records for hits (77), runs (52) and stolen bases (46). She batted .487.
Harrison was 24-12 with 158 strikeouts and a 1.04 earned-run average in 222 1/3 innings last season. Owens hit .327.
