American Commercial Bank will celebrate its 25th anniversary and its roots in Ventura County throughout September and October with special community and employee events.
The bank will contribute $25 for each new account opened during the celebration period, up to $10,000, to the Ventura County Museum of History and Art.
The bank will host a reception in September at the museum and will sponsor a trip to Catalina Island for its 80 employees. The bank has commissioned the creation of a historic publication and four exhibits, all of which will be featured at the museum reception before being moved to the bank’s four branches in Ventura and Camarillo.
American Commercial recently announced a merger with Channel Islands Bank, a move that will make it Ventura County’s largest independently owned local bank.
