Pedestrian Hit by Truck Dies

A pedestrian died Friday after being struck by a dump truck at a Mission Viejo intersection, authorities said.
The woman, who was carrying no identification, was struck about 3:30 p.m. as she crossed the street at Los Alisos Boulevard and Santa Margarita Parkway, Sheriff’s Lt. Pat Brunner said. She still had not been identified Friday night, Brunner said.
