Hospital to Hold Health Fair for Kids
Simi Valley Hospital will hold its annual Kids Care Fair this weekend to provide local children with free immunization shots and even mend their torn teddy bears.
Beginning at noon Sunday, hospital staff members will be on hand at the Simi Valley Boys & Girls Club, 2850 Lemon Drive, to evaluate and treat children from 2 months to 18 years of age.
In addition to the shots, the fair will include scoliosis exams and free health screenings that will check children’s height, weight, vision and blood pressure.
For more information, call Simi Valley Hospital’s Ask a Nurse program at 583-8971.
