NAB Asset Corp.: The Irvine financial services company posted second-quarter net income of $412,000, or 8 cents a share. That compares with net income of $1.5 million, or 30 cents a share, for the same period in 1997, which included a $1.4-million gain on the sale of Cars USA. Revenue climbed to $11.2 million from $2.7 million. For the six months, net income was $668,000, or 13 cents a share, down 49% from the $1.3 million, or 26 cents a share, recorded for the same period in 1997. Revenue rose to $20.7 million from $4.7 million.
