Landscape West Is Acquired

Landscape West Inc. of Anaheim has been acquired by Houston-based LandCare USA Inc., a provider of landscape and tree services to commercial and institutional markets.
The transaction was one of five announced Thursday by LandCare. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Landscape West, founded in 1962, provides landscape and tree services to municipalities in Southern California.
