Data Names New CFO

Data Processing Resources Corp. has appointed a new chief financial officer. James A. Adams, former vice president and CFO of Maternicare Inc. of San Juan Capistrano, assumes those titles at Data Processing. He succeeds Michael A. Piraino, who becomes executive vice president and head of corporate development at the Newport Beach provider of staffing services in the information technology field.
