Los Angeles County Sheriff’s investigators arrested two brothers suspected of operating a car theft ring, authorities said.
Morry Aldoph, 31, and Eddie Aldoph, 38, were taken into custody after deputies raided a house on South Essey Avenue about 6 a.m. Thursday. The suspects were charged with receiving stolen property and selling stolen vehicles and vehicle components, Deputy Jim Helmold said.
The arrests culminated a five-month multi-agency investigation supervised by the Sheriff’s Department. During the investigation, detectives recovered more than $250,000 worth of stolen parts and cars, Helmold said.
