17 Special Projects on City’s To-Do List

The city has outlined 17 special projects it plans to accomplish before June 1999, and has set a public hearing Monday on the proposals.
The proposed work plan for 1998-99 includes the following:
* Updating the city’s general plan, developing long-term budget forecasts and a sewers master plan.
* Implementing the Lincoln Avenue Streetscape Project and exploring other possibilities there.
* Implementing a housing rehabilitation program.
