Orangewood Teacher Mike Matsuda Cited

Orangeview Junior High School teacher Mike Matsuda has been named 1998 Teacher of the Year by the Anaheim chapter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Officials said Matsuda was selected because of his devotion to community service,
A reading and conflict management teacher, Matsuda promotes community service in his classrooms by teaching students about issues faced by local neighborhoods and communities.
