CSC Enters Deal With General Dynamics

El Segundo-based Computer Sciences Corp. signed two 10-year contracts to manage the information technology operations for two new General Dynamics Corp. business units. Estimated value of the contracts over the full 10-year term is about $170 million. CSC will manage operations for GD Defense Systems Inc. and GD Armament Systems Inc. Both units were acquired in January from Lockheed Martin Corp. CSC’s stock was down $1.31 to close at $70.81 on the NYSE.
