Los Angeles police are looking for the man responsible for a shooting on the 8900 block of Orion Avenue on Wednesday morning.
Police said they are also looking for the shooting victim.
“We have blood and a casing but that’s all we have,” said LAPD Sgt. Dennis Feeley. “The victim hasn’t shown up yet.”
A 9-millimeter bullet casing and blood was found on the corner of Orion Avenue and Rayen Street, where witnesses said the shooting occurred at 6:55 a.m., according to police. Then, they said, both the shooter and victim fled.
“It’s unusual,” Feeley said. “In most cases we find a victim or the person who took him to a hospital. As of yet he has not gone to the hospital.”
