Romaniuk Scores Twice in 3-1 Win

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Russ Romaniuk scored two goals and Kay Whitmore stopped 34 shots as the Long Beach Ice Dogs recorded a 3-1 International Hockey League victory Friday over the Kansas City Blades.
Stephane Morin assisted on both of Romaniuk’s goals.
The Ice Dogs improved to 5-4-1.
