Alicia Parkway Shrub Negotiations Continue
Attorneys for the city and the Lake Mission Viejo Assn. are continuing attempts to negotiate a landscaping dispute.
Planning commissioners this week delayed action to give both sides a chance to iron out a disagreement over whether shrubs planted along the lake at Alicia Parkway near Marguerite Parkway will screen views of passing motorists and pedestrians.
The issue returns to the Planning Commission at its Nov. 10 meeting.
