CalComp Technology Inc.: The Anaheim supplier of computer graphics peripheral products said it lost $7.3 million, or 16 cents a share, for the second quarter, compared with a net loss of $12.9 million, or 32 cents a share, for the same quarter last year. Sales rose 11% to $52.1 million from $47 million. A net loss of $16.8 million, or 36 cents a share, was reported for the first half, compared with a net loss of $22 million, or 54 cents a share, for the same period last year. Sales increased 10% to $112.6 million from $102.8 million. The company said it recorded a gain of $5.9 million during the second quarter on the sale of its Anaheim headquarters facility.
