Parker Buys XAR Product Line for Cash

IRVINE — Parker Aerospace said Tuesday that it has purchased the aircraft-components product line of XAR Industries for an undisclosed cash price.
The new product line from the city of Industry company will add about $3 million to Parker’s Air & Fuel Division’s annual sales.
The product line includes fuel components for the Cessna Citation business jets, various fuel and control valves and aerial refueling equipment for the Lockheed Martin F-16, F-117 and F-22 aircraft and other aircraft.
The purchase includes the XAR product line’s contracts, drawings, inventory, rights to manufacture and associated assembly and test equipment.
