Shopping Center Sold
MISSION VIEJO — The Olympiad Plaza shopping center has been acquired by Burnham Pacific Properties in San Diego for $10.2 million, the company said Tuesday.
Major tenants at the center, which is fully leased, include Lucky Supermarket, Sav-On Drugs and California Federal Bank.
Burnham Pacific is an equity real estate investment trust.
