With regard to Robert Scheer’s July 1 Column Left on the hypocrisy of American policy vis-a-vis Vietnam and China: What else would you expect from a government that destroys the safety net for the poor and hands the super-rich the biggest welfare package in 16 years? Washington is hypocritical.
