2 Men Arrested in Home, Car Burglaries
CAMARILLO — Two men suspected of trying to pawn allegedly stolen property have been arrested in connection with at least 10 burglaries and were being held Saturday night on $10,000 bail each.
Sheriff’s deputies were called last week to a pawn shop on North Lyndhurst Avenue, where they arrested Joshua McDonald, 18, and Seth Dees, 19, both of Camarillo, said Det. Mark Criger.
Criger said the items the men were trying to pawn had been stolen during vehicle and residential burglaries.
Both men were booked into Ventura County Jail on suspicion of burglary and possession of stolen property.
A search warrant served on McDonald’s home turned up evidence connecting both men to the burglaries and an auto theft, Criger said.
