Pacific Gulf Sells Apartment Property

NEWPORT BEACH — Pacific Gulf Properties Inc. said it sold a 279-unit apartment property, Waterhouse Place Apartments, in Beaverton, Ore., to Bay Apartment Communities Inc. for $15.5 million. Pacific Gulf is a real estate investment trust.
