* Matchup: The Southern Section’s most potent offense meets the section’s best defense in this Division I semifinal. Second-seeded Long Beach Poly scored three times in seven plays in a come-from-behind 37-27 victory over Redlands in the quarterfinals. Third-seeded Loyola shut down Esperanza, 16-3.
