* Venco Western in Oxnard won a $399,216 contract from the Navy base at Port Hueneme for street sweeping services.
* Dukes Inc. of Northridge won a $275,710 contract from Hill Air Force Base in Utah for valves.
* Engine & Equipment Co. in Rancho Dominguez won a $260,389 contract from the Navy base in Port Hueneme for installation of generators and switchboard into government electrical vans.
* Castle Precision Industries in Sylmar won a $171,100 contract from Hill Air Force Base in Utah for aircraft components and accessories.
* Lockheed Martin Corp. of Palmdale won a $145,000 contract from Robins Air Force Base in Georgia for aircraft and airframe structural components.
* Applied Display Technology in Westlake Village won a $135,000 contract from the Naval Air Warfare Center at Patuxent River, Md., for color-active matrix liquid crystal displays.
* Crane Co. in Burbank won a $121,920 contract from Hill Air Force Base in Utah for aircraft components and accessories.
