Navy Systems Manager Receives Award

Andrew Striker of Oxnard was awarded the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Medal at the Naval Construction Battalion Center in Port Hueneme. Striker was honored for his leadership in moving the mainframe computing operation from Port Hueneme to Mechanicsburg, Pa., in March. Striker is a 35-year veteran of federal service and a senior manager at the Facilities Systems Office.
