Atlanta Firm Acquires Noel Joanna
RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA — Noel Joanna Inc., which makes and markets infant bedding and accessories, was acquired Monday by an Atlanta company for an undisclosed price.
Crown Crafts Inc. said it will operate Noel Joanna as a subsidiary with the founder, Shirley Pepys, continuing as its president.
Noel Joanna’s sales are running at an annual rate of $21 million. Crown Crafts, with $256.4 million in sales for its fiscal year ended March 30, designs, makes and markets a line of home textile furnishings and accessories.
