Rockwell Appoints 2 Executives

* William E. Sanders is the new vice president and controller of Rockwell International Corp. in Seal Beach. He succeeds Lawrence J. Komatz, who announced plans to retire in January. In addition, Michael A. Bless has joined the company in the newly created position of vice president of corporate development and planning. Sanders, who joined Rockwell in 1981, had been assistant controller. Bless was previously a director of investment banking for Merrill Lynch. Before that, he advised corporate clients, including Rockwell, on acquisition and divestiture activities during his 10 years at Dillon Read & Co., where his most recent position was senior vice president.

* Richard F. Reeves has joined Marine National Bank as vice president and manager of its restructured Real Estate Industries Group based in Newport Beach. He previously headed income property lending at Bay View Federal Bank in San Mateo. Reeves has also been senior vice president of San Diego-based First National Bank’s real estate industries group.

* Janet Pirus has been appointed to the board of directors of the Financial Executives Institute of Orange County. She is vice president of finance for Winchell’s Donuts in Santa Ana.

* Michael P. Reeves has been appointed vice president of marketing and human resources for Diedrich Coffee in Irvine. He joined the company from Platinum Rotisserie L.L.C. in North Carolina, a developer of Boston Market stores in four states, where he was chief marketing officer and director of marketing and public relations. Jonathan B. Eddison has been named vice president and general counsel. He was previously vice president, general counsel and secretary at Pinnacle Micro Inc.

* Jeffrey O’Donnell has been named president and chief operating officer of CardioVascular Dynamics Inc. in Irvine. He had been vice president of sales and marketing. Michael Henson will continue in his current position as chairman and chief executive.

* Larry Romito has been named executive vice president of the Strategic Initiatives group of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. in Costa Mesa. He joined the company from Coldwell Banker, where he was executive vice president of operations. In addition, Carrie Healy Reynolds has been appointed vice president of marketing services. She was formerly director of marketing for Taco Bell Inc.

* Steve Weinger has been named to the newly created position of vice president of sales for all products at Toyo Tires in Cypress. He had been vice president of truck tire sales.

* Cathy Leffleur-Cimoch has joined Information Management Resources Inc. in Irvine as western regional sales director. She was previously western area manager for Health Management Inc.

* Charles H. Cressman III has joined HiLife Supported SelfCare in Newport Beach as vice president of sales and marketing. He had been vice president of sales for CareWise Inc. in Seattle. HiLife is a health care company that helps manage the care of chronically ill patients.

* Brian J. Milich has been named vice president in charge of Irvine-based Catellus Residential Group’s merchant housing division activities in San Diego County. He was formerly a project manager with the San Diego/Orange County operations of Pardee Construction Co.

* Wayne A. Tyo has joined Vista Medical Distribution Corp. in Laguna Hills in the newly created position of corporate controller. He had been corporate controller for Careline/MedTrans for four years.

* John J. Bral has joined Capital Commercial/New America Network’s office in Seal Beach as a senior associate. For the past seven years, he was a senior associate with Matlow-Kennedy Commercial.

* Barry Goodwin has been appointed director of finance for GTG Inc., an Irvine holding company for five engineering and construction management firms. Goodwin previously held senior finance positions for various environmental engineering firms, including IT Corp.

* Robert J. Hauser Jr. has been appointed senior vice president-director of national agency operations for First American Title Insurance Co. in Santa Ana. He will oversee the company’s national agency programs and other company initiatives, working out of the New York City office. Before joining First American, Hauser was president and chief operating officer at Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Co. and Transnation (formerly Transamerica) Title Insurance Co.

* John T. Wills has been named vice president of operations for Shaw & Sons, a Costa Mesa concrete construction and design company. He was previously project superintendent for Koll Construction Co.

* Pam Clarke has joined the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce as business development director, a newly created position. She was most recently vice president of CCA Marketing and Advertising in Newport Beach.

* Ross Bonn has been named product manager for Tustin-based CIE America Inc.’s line of bar- code printers. He joined the company from CodeWriter Industries, where he was national sales manager. Bonn was also product and marketing manager at Standard Register for 10 years, and regional sales manager at TEC America.

* Patsy Spiro has been named vice president of finance for Paine & Associates, a Costa Mesa public relations agency. She had been controller.

* Anthony J. Roxstrom has been named president of the residential division of Arnel Management Co. in Costa Mesa. He was formerly executive vice president and chief operations officer.
