Company Completes Acquisition

IRVINE — State of the Art Inc. said it has completed its cash acquisition of Sybex Ltd. and BBicon Inc., related software companies based in Toronto. State of the Art said it named Mike King, owner and president of Sybex and BBicon, vice president of the two companies. State of the Art develops accounting software.
