COSTA MESA — ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc. agreed to extend its licensing agreement with Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. for an additional three years. Under the agreement, ICN’s Yugoslavia unit manufactures and markets seven drugs and 23 over-the-counter products, including vitamins.
Hoffmann-La Roche is a unit of Roche Holding AG of Switzerland.
