What a difference a week made for Pepperdine. To be exact, 31 points.
The Waves, 5-14 overall and 3-4 in the West Coast Conference, looked nothing like the team that lost by 16 at Gonzaga last Saturday as they ended a three-game losing streak with an 80-65 WCC victory over Gonzaga (11-8, 4-3) before 1,619 at Firestone Fieldhouse.
Pepperdine was led by Bryan Hill, who scored a career-best 27 points.
