Comprehensive Care to Offer More Shares
CORONA DEL MAR — Comprehensive Care Corp. said it filed 640,000 shares of unregistered stock, seeking regulatory approval for the shares to trade freely.
The health-care management company said it made the filing on behalf of investors who purchased the stock in private offerings in 1995. Investors hold rights to have the shares registered.
The company said it has 3.2 million shares outstanding, including those in the filing.
