This is the first home game since Dec. 3 for Long Beach State, which has lost three in a row. Center Ike Nwankwo, who transferred from UCLA, is expected to make his debut after resolving an eligibility problem last week. Guard James Cotton has been the steadiest 49er, averaging a team-leading 25 points andmaking 51.4% of his shots. Guard Roskei Jackson leads Bethune-Cookman in scoring, averaging 10.1 points.
