Happy about cable rate increases? No, I am not. Also, a new definition of the word “chutzpah” when David Auger, vice president of CVI, assures us that people have been “thanking us for adding these new channels.” Who were these people? His grandmother? His aunt, uncle, nephews, nieces? Please give us a break!
